29th Annual Awards Ceremony & Dinner

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for those who attended our event to Celebrate Our Stars, marking our 30th anniversary of transforming lives through education.

Our annual event honored the incredible achievements of 10 Napa County high school graduates

who faced extraordinary challenges and committed to continue their education.

This year’s event featured a moving speech by IGAC alumna Angeles Zaragoza, who graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in political science and Chicano studies and went on to law school at UCLA. Today, Angeles is a juvenile public defender for the Los Angeles County Alternate Public Defender’s Office. Guests also heard from two of our graduating seniors. As a result of hearing these stories of unimaginable struggle and ultimate success, our guests opened their hearts and wallets to make a significant difference in our students’ lives. We thank all our donors for their continuing support in giving these students a chance to succeed during their senior year in high school and beyond as they pursue college degrees or vocational training.
